How long dose a roof last?
Depending on the style and type of roof system, depends on the life of the roof. Most shingle roofs last 25-30 years, if properly installed and ventilated. Some manufacturers offer a lifetime 50 year shingle!
How do I know if there are any hidden cost to my project?

When should I have my roof inspected?
We recommend after any bad storm or every two years because the sealants can start failing and cause damage to you home. Plus, the weather can cause damage at anytime and we don’t want you climbing up on your roof, it’s too dangerous. Let the Reliable experts handle that for you.
When do I know if my windows need to be replaced?
If your home is over 15 years old and the windows are drafty, foggy, or, do not function properly – it’s time to give us a call!
Why does my gutter not drain the water off my roof?
Most likely the gutters are too small to handle the volume of rain we get in Atlanta. Gutter should be cleaned twice a year. Make sure the downspouts are also cleaned. Give us a call to evaluate the functions of your gutters.
